Hot tip - Just kegged my latest greatest - problem - no amber gold flowed out the tap. I changed the gas in and beer out taps from my other keg - no joy. Ended up siphoning the beer into another keg. When I dismantled the faulty keg, the beer out pipe was clogged up like an altar boy's bum. I have always dry hopped in the fermenter without a hop bag - No more

I'm not a religious man, I'll leave that up to you. But regarding your keg, always pull the tubes and fittings every clean, it's amazing what shit will get in there. Not only can it clog your newest and purest amber, it can contaminate!!!!! PBW, PBW and PBW the fuck out if it all. I soak my kegs for 24hrs first. Not sure what everyone else is doing, but it's worth the extra time pulling it apart.

I'd be careful how long you soak in PBW as can pit certain metals.
