As a newbie I found the manager (Andrew) and the owner (Dave) very helpful. Dave matched the cheapest price I found for the Grainfather (Cheeky Peak), wrote me an invoice for a water heater from his other company, sold it without the sales tax and let me reverse fed-ex. His only condition was I brought my UAE ID and paid in person if using a credit card or paid remotely by bank transfer. By paying in store I was able to remove the branded packaging and take some of it in my case.
If at the airport hotel take the train from Mascot to Riverwood then walk 15 mins. Total journey time 40 mins.
